I just wanted to thank everyone for helping me decide on what sportsbook to use. So far I love everything about Pinnacle and see a very long future with them.

I want to try Pinnacle out, but i am troubled by the fact that they list no 800 number on there to call them, what if you aren't at your PC and want to make a wager over the phone, or have a need to speak to someone in customer service?

You can get a phone account, but won't get the low vig.

I wonder if they allow both?

Never thought of it since I put all my plays in over the web.

Try e mailing them and see what they say.

yes you can bet over the phone and it is not a seperate account. the Min. bet is $100 and no reduced vig. just email customer service they will send you the #.
